The company Rutin Ltd. buys the material from reliable Hungarian or – if required – international partners and it will be prepared after the receipt with a high-performance grit-blasting machine for the further processing.

The cutting of the materials clean to metal is carried out completely mechanical depending on the kind. The profiles are cut with CNC-controlled cutting machines, a disc cutting-off machine and a band saw. The cutting of the plate materials is carried out depending on the thickness on a plate cutting table or by means of plate shears.

The holes indicated in the drawings are produced with CNC-controlled drilling machines for both kinds of material.

The submerged arc head two wire electrode welding automat is considered as essential equipment, to which also two adjustable fixing tables belong.

The machine park mentioned is well supplemented with the plate rolling machine and the 10 m edge-planning machine respectively.

The 2 pcs. CNC-controlled pipe cutting machine are special equipment, which allow producing high accuracy pipe constructions.

After the cutting and drilling of the materials the individual components will be assembled and welded.

Prior to the delivery the finished products receive a coating system in the heatable painting workshops equipped with cranes and in the painting cabins performed with airless technology according to the customer requirements.
